CANCELLATIONS: Renters can only cancel their reservation in writing. If the RENTER cancels the reservation, the OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. if the Rental Property is re-booked at the same rate, the RENTER will receive a full refund of the amount paid. We strongly encourage RENTERS to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation.
RATES: Rates are subset to change until the reservation is confirmed. A 50% deposit is due within 5 business days of making your reservation with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to check in.
