CANCELLATIONS: All requests by the Tenant must be in writing to Homeowner and are subject to the owner’s permitting the cancellation AND the property being re-rented at full price. Until either of such events occur the tenants shall remain responsible for the full amount of the rent due in accordance with the terms of the signed rental agreement. All cancellations are subject to a 10% handling fee against the total amount due listed on the agreement.
RATES: Rates are subset to change until the reservation is confirmed. A 50% deposit is due within 5 business days of making your reservation with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to check in.
